1. Information we collect
- Order data — name, email, phone, shipping address, the product and quantity you chose, and the payment status we receive from Stripe.
- Account data — if you create an account, the name, email, and credentials you set.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and the payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
- Messages — anything you send us by email or through the contact details on this site.
- Usage and device data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, in server logs, to operate and secure the site.
2. How we use your information
- To process, fulfill, and ship your orders and provide customer support.
- To send messages about an order you placed. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site, and to prevent fraud and abuse, including reviewing orders and defending against unwarranted payment disputes.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. International transfers
Because we operate globally, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where we are established. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.
If you are in the EU, the EEA, or the UK, you may also complain to a data protection authority. You may lodge a complaint with the authority in the country where you live, work, or where you believe the issue arose.
6a. Why we are allowed to process your data (EU/UK)
- To perform our contract with you — taking, paying for, shipping, and supporting your order. Without this data we cannot sell you anything.
- To meet a legal obligation — tax, accounting, and product-safety records we are required to keep.
- Our legitimate interests — preventing fraud and abuse, keeping the site secure, and answering your messages. We balance these against your rights and you may object at any time.
- Your consent — for marketing email, where you asked for it. You can withdraw consent whenever you like, and withdrawing it does not affect what we sent before.
6b. Our representative in the EU
We are in the process of appointing a representative in the European Union under Article 27 of the GDPR, and will name them here once that is in place. In the meantime, every request reaches us directly at [email protected] and is handled on the same timescales.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our site and products are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases must be made by an adult.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
